The Pandemic has changed our lives but it won't change the heart of seeking joy this holiday season. Difficulties bring out creativities, and we like to share with you four tips to celebrate Christmas safely:
1. Do your gift shopping and shipping early

Since COVID-19, more are shopping online to avoid the store line-ups. It is going to be an even busier season for the shipping companies, so make sure to shop and mail early to ensure your gifts arrive on time.

Did you know gift packages are included in two of our festive celebration packages? With the services included in those packages, all you have to do is to select the gift and we will deliver them for you. Check our service packages for more details.

2. Bring a sense of ritual to your life

To most, only big life events are associated with ceremonies, the rituals we attached a certain feeling of significance. By bringing a sense of ritual to our everyday life, we open the door to recognize the beauty and celebrate the little things in life. In these times of uncertainties, even the smallest rituals can be effective in changing thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Read more about why we need rituals in our lives.

Create a special rituals advent calendar with festive activities this Christmas. Start by thinking about how you would like to feel and why; then put together a list of things you can do to immerse yourself with the feeling. Remember to engage at least one of your senses for each activity.

Activity ideas: Light a Christmas scented candle, drink hot cocoa with your loved one, watch the holidays classic movies, bake Christmas cookies, listen and dance to your favourite Christmas music.

3. Show love the old-fashioned festive way

2020 is a tough lesson for us to learn how to love deeper and be more affectionate.

Send a handwritten / DIY Christmas card to those who you deeply care about with a sense of personal touch. It will travel the miles for you and bridge the hearts of your loved ones and yourself.

If you would like to share love with food, you could bring some
Christmas cookies with you and leave them with your friends and family.

As indoor gatherings are restricted to the "safe 6" in your bubble, we recommend dropping off the gifts while celebrate within your bubble to keep everyone as safe as possible.
